We are looking for a dedicated Protein & Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, supplier relations, and quality assurance for our ground beef, hotdogs, and bacon across international markets.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain specifications for ground beef, hotdogs, and bacon. 
• Build and manage supplier relationships, leading negotiations for protein programs. 
• Evaluate and oversee meat breeders, processors, and distributors globally. 
• Conduct quality control audits and product inspections to ensure Five Guys' high standards. 
• Monitor market trends, freight costs, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, and global food safety regulations. 
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, packaging, and supply chain costs. 
• Develop contingency plans to ensure a consistent and risk-free protein supply. 

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years in category sourcing, sales management, or supplier relations in the protein industry. 
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Agricultural/Meat Science a plus), or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and quality assurance expertise.
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 75% of the time
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Communications: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
