Since the foundation of our family business in 1986, the original formula has remained unchanged: customizable burgers and fries, perfectly prepared with the freshest ingredients.

We're still that family that we've always been, just a little bigger. We look after each other. We are having fun. We are excited. We are competitive. We just get it done. If this sounds good, becoming a Crew Member on our team might just be the thing for you!

As a Crew Member you have a major influence on the visitor's experience, an important aspect in our restaurants. You will work throughout the restaurant: you advise customers on choosing toppings, you make the perfect burger, you serve the freshest fries, welcome customers on the floor or take orders. We love to be known for our service as much as we do for our burgers, and you play a vital role in this.

This means that you become an expert in all the above tasks, and we support you in that. Earn as you learn! We do this, among other things, with the secret shopper program. A unique bonus system for our crew that offers the opportunity to earn extra cash by offering excellent service and quality.

Once every two years you get the chance to show your skills during the Five Guys Games. Crew members worldwide compete here for cash prizes and the title of 'Ultimate Grill Master'.

So, what does it take to be a successful Five Guys Crew Member?

• You are 16 years or older.
• You have energy and stamina: we are a team-first work environment and a good energy in the team is very important.
• You are able to work at a fast pace: a lot is happening in the kitchen, so there is a lot of communication on the work floor and a lot of variety. This is not for everyone.
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
• You are preferably interested in working several days a week and are flexible.
